Mackey is the Chief Prosperity Officer of The Prosperity People, a financial planning firm with an interactive approach to growing and managing wealth. Mackey and her team work side-by-side with individuals, families, and life partners from across the country to reveal their intention for their lives, their personal definition of prosperity, and their plan for how to achieve and balance both.
Mackey writes for The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, TIME, Money, and USA Today, and speaks regularly on the subject of personal intention and how it relates to people's financial lives.

His work ethic and focus on helping others can be seen in everything he does — from earning his Eagle Scout badge to coaching a client through a financial decision. Andy is an integral part of our leadership team, managing our Personal Services division.

Armed with experience as a Senior Manager at a Big Four firm and a passion for personal finance, John became a Prosperity Person in 2011. The strong, silent type, John is perfect for his role as Portfolio Manager and all of the research and analysis that comes with it. He is a graduate of Xavier University with a Bachelor's in Computer Science and an MBA with a focus on finance.
