Our longest tenured employee, Andy Pulsfort is the man, myth, and legend behind The Prosperity Experience. Andy’s work ethic and focus on helping others can be seen in everything he does from earning his Eagle Scout badge to coaching a client through a financial decision. Andy is an integral part of our leadership team managing our Personal Services division.

JOhn Nunan, AIF®

Armed with experience as a Senior Manager at a Big Four firm and a passion around personal finance, John became a Prosperity Person in 2011. The strong, silent type, John is perfect for his role as portfolio manager and all of the research and analysis that comes with it. He is a graduate of Xavier University with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on finance.

Mackey McNeill, CPA, PFS

Mackey is the Chief Prosperity Officer of The Prosperity People, a financial planing firm with a truly unique approach to growing & managing wealth. Mackey & her team work side-by-side with individuals, families and life partners from across the country to reveal their intention for their lives, their personal definition of prosperity and their plan for how to achieve and balance both. Mackey writes (The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, TIME, Money, USA Today) and speaks regularly on the subject of personal intention and how it relates to people’s financial lives.

She has been integral in not only dramatically increasing the overall happiness of our clients, but in creating a new culture that is caring, fun and inclusive.
